  • Remote monitoring of 1500 field units fed into a large database for real-time viewing and assessing of critical data as well as continuous monitoring.
  • Zero Downtime - The entire retrofit of a 50 year old Strip Mill with No production loss, complete system simulation before start-up including Dynamic Motor Drive load simulation and the installation of shaftless edgers
  • The first retrofit conversion to shaftless of a Goss Metro Printing Press in North America, achieving uncompromising precision of ±.002” (2 mil) measured at the web, resulting in reduced waste, more sellable copies and minimized down time
  • Synchronization of a 200 Ton Tandem Overhead crane with outstanding coordinated control between the two hoists in tandem, allowing large cumbersome assemblies to stay level resulting in positioning within .0005” accuracy.
  • Redesigned the controls for a Shaftless Electronic Synchronized Transfer Winder for On-The-Fly Transfer/Paste without resolver position feedback while achieving tension variation of less than .010%.
  • Automatic Conversion set-up to optimize processing, 2 times faster than the industry average for a Bar Mill modernization
  • Implementation of an intricate baggage security screening retrofit, at one of the busiest International Airports in the US, that utilizes a unique Brock designed software system and interfaces with large in-line baggage screening devices.
