Ontario Global Traders Award - 2003 Market Expansion (Services)
In March 2003 Brock
Solutions was honoured by the Ontario government as one of Ontario's top
Global Traders. The Ontario Global Traders Award recognizes contributions
of innovative and successful companies representing a variety of
categories. Brock Solutions
was named the Regional Award in the category of Market
Expansion--Services. This recognition is bestowed to
companies who have achieved outstanding growth in the area of exports, as
well as significant job creation.

Canada's Top 100 Employers
2002 Edition - Brock Solutions was featured in "Canada’s Top 100 Employers", a book by
Richard Yarema. Released by Mediacorp Canada Inc. in June 2000, the book profiled
the country's best places to work, and was prepared following a two-year research
study.
Brock Solutions is proud to named to this list again in 2002 and most recently in
the 2003 edition. Our achievement is especially notable this year, as there
were a record number of employers interested in this competition. The Mediacorp
editorial team reviewed the recruitment histories of over 47,000 employers across Canada --
and more than 6,000 employers across the nation were invited to apply. Brock Solutions is
pleased to be included in this group of outstanding employers that lead their
industries in attracting and retaining quality employees.
As part of the Walkerton Response effort, Brock Solutions formerly S-S Technologies was
commissioned to evaluate the existing monitoring and operations program and to recommend
necessary changes to ensure the technical integrity of the system. The result brought about
the installation of S-S Technologies’ "Outpost Water Monitoring Solution." A "Certificate
of Appreciation" was presented to S-S Technologies and its Walkerton Response team members
by the town of Walkerton and the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA). The certificate recognizes
the team’s outstanding efforts in providing a "professional and timely solution."
The Toronto Construction Association awarded S-S Technologies with a "Certificate of
Excellence" for outstanding contributions on the Wescast Castings North Huron Cooling Water
Controls project. The award commends S-S Technologies for making the project "a successful
venture and worthy of industry recognition for excellence."
