The successful candidate will be a key member of the Information System Transformation Team. This role will work closely with the IT, Accounting and Management teams at Brock. The Systems Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

• Assuming a lead technical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of an ERP/CRM system transition and upgrade
• Providing business intelligence analysis, design, development and maintenance of business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes

Our 300 professionals are strategically located in offices across Canada and the United States. We are currently seeking a 6 month contract CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER to join our team in Jamaica, NY.

Working with other highly motivated Engineers and Computer Scientists, you will be busy integrating a wide range of computer technology and controllers to provide turnkey automation solutions to our international clientele. Brock’s customers benefit from tested, reliable solutions, and enjoy higher productivity and reduced operating costs. With projects ranging from $100k to several million dollars, your responsibilities may include:

• PLC programming – Allen –Bradley ControlLogix, RSLogix 5000
• Electrical design. Familiarity with motor control panels, Variable frequency drives
• Design/programming of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) - RSView
• Troubleshooting electrical issues. Site support experience.
• Site commissioning and installation

The ideal candidate will have some experience or functional knowledge in some of the above systems with 1 to 3 years of experience within a similar role and industry. Experience in material handling / baggage handling projects and / or the airports industry would be required. Candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete all badging (security clearance) requirements and all other background checks/testing that may be required for the performance of the work.
