Brock Solutions custom builds in its own facilities Electrical Control Rooms (ECRs) that meet any specification, and then ships the completed control
room to the customer's site. Our ECRs are typically 10 feet wide by 10
feet high, in customized lengths. They are constructed of a welded structural
steel frame and walls made of continuously welded, painted steel exterior
panels with fiberglass internal insulation.
All electrical houses and Packaged Control Rooms
designed by Brock Solutions come standard with fluorescent light fixtures, light switches, duplex receptacles,
and emergency exit signs. In addition, fixtures such as smoke detectors,
communications network jacks, and phone jacks can be supplied as per the
customer’s specifications. Other devices like commercial size HVAC systems
and power supplies are often included, making Brock Solutions' offering an
all-inclusive electrical package with one source of supply.
Each ECR and all the equipment in it are subjected to rigorous simulation
and testing by the engineering team responsible for its design. In many
cases, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) are performed using simulation prior
to shipping the completed unit to the customer's site.
