  • Brock Solutions' Role: Configure and deploy a MES solution to automatically capture:
    • Set-up information used to prepare mills for size and/or gauge measures, including roll diameter, roll position, coil tension, coil width, weld power, target length, pieces required, bundle size, etc.
    • Production information such as length, pieces per bundle, and downtime incidents; and measures it against Coil ID, Heat Number, Shift, etc.
    • Process information used to evaluate product quality and mill performance. Included are such variables as speed, temperature, position, etc.
