10 years ago, Brock Solutions hosted our inaugural SmartSuite Users Group with a vision of bringing together the SmartSuite community to network, gain industry insights and above all, help shape the future of our product. This week, we hosted our first virtual Users Group to further this vision and hear from our users across North and South America, Europe, and Australia.

Throughout the week, over 180+ users from 27 organizations joined us virtually for sessions covering a variety of topics:

•  What’s New in SmartSuite?
• SmartSuite Enterprise (Watch the full VLOG here!)
• Security Methodology Framework and Operations
• Innovations in Baggage Handling Systems
• Intelligent Operations

These sessions were highly interactive, including polls, discussion, live demos, and customer success stories. We also hosted 2 sessions with SmartSort and SmartBag end users, allowing baggage handlers to share feedback directly with Brock’s development and support teams.

User input and feedback is crucial as we continue to make SmartSuite a powerful system that is simple to use and inspires meaningful change for airports and airlines. Throughout the week, users were invited to submit their ideas for new features or developments they’d like to see on our product roadmap. On the final day of our virtual event, everyone had an opportunity to vote on which ones they’d like to see implemented.
